Intended to be an annual survey, the survey represents yet another initiative by CCCA to provide important information that reflects the Canadian in-house counsel experience. In undertaking the survey, CCCA partnered with legal recruitment firm, The Counsel Network, who commissioned Ipsos Reid to create this essential reference tool. 2005 Pre-Merger Notification Survey
Compiled by members of Lex Mundi Antitrust, Competition and Trade Practice Group, this survey is a compendium of information on pre-merger notifications from 50 jurisdictions around the world whose legal practices involve representation of clients in merger regulatory matters and have participated in providing basic information concerning the pre-merger regulatory regimes in effect in their respective jurisdictions.
